Class Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms below:
At Wildflowers, we sincerely appreciate you pre-registering for class.
It helps our front desk staff tremendously and assures that you can fit into class.
We also understand that you may sometimes need to cancel your class reservations.
We have created the following policy to ensure that you can effortlessly navigate our cancellation terms.
Card On File
Registration requirements:
All students of Wildflowers are required to have a card on file in our system upon joining any of our offerings.
This ensures a streamlined class reservation, check-in, and cancellation process.
Late Cancellation
If you need to cancel your class or event reservation please do so at least 4 hours before the start of the class to avoid “Late Cancellation”.
If you cancel within the 4 hour window of the start of the class you will be charged $10.
If you cancel before the 4-hour window begins, it will be considered an “Early Cancellation” and you will not be charged.
No Show
If you do not cancel nor do you show up for class, this is considered a “No-Show” and the fee is $18, our drop-in rate.
Event Late Cancellation & No Show
Our Event Late Cancellation window begins 8 hours before the event start time. If you cancel before the 8 hour Late Cancellation window begins, 100% of the event ticket price will be applied as account credit to your account with us. If you cancel after the 8 hour Late Cancellation window begins, or if you do not show up for the event, you will not be able to receive a refund for your ticket.
Applies to All
These cancellation terms apply to ALL patrons of the studio, including those who are on an unlimited monthly membership.
