Why Wildflowers?

  • Wildflowers Collective is more than just a place to practice yoga, it’s a nurturing, welcoming community. From vinyasa to sound healing, beginners to advanced practitioners, all are welcome here. We believe yoga can be accessible to all!

  • Hatha, vinyasa, yin, gentle, and more—whatever your body’s feeling today, we’ve got a class for you. All classes weave in elements of the 8-limbs of yoga, including pranayama, meditation, and intention-setting, to deepen your experience and help you regain balance in body, mind, and spirit. With regular events that go beyond asana to include kirtan, Prema breathwork, sound healing, and sacred cacao—at Wildflowers yoga is a way of life.

  • Our traditional approach to yoga means that each class, event, and workshop is designed to incorporate healing elements for your whole being offered through the 8-limbs of yoga. From feeling the impacts of pranayama on the nervous system to experiencing a sense of unity and connection in group chanting, to opening your body with physical movement, our three-week intro offer allows you to experience it all!
