At Wildflowers, we understand that sometimes life sweeps us away
on an adventure or simply asks us to take a needed break from regular routine.
To accommodate such needs, we offer the following membership freeze options.

Membership Change Form

To cancel or freeze a membership, you must fill out the Membership Change Form at 

www.wildflowersyoga.com/change

Membership Cancellation

Monthly Unlimited Recurring Memberships & Annual Unlimited Recurring Memberships:
Individuals can cancel any recurring Monthly or
Annual Wildflowers Memberships anytime with
30 days notice prior to their next scheduled payment
via our Membership Change Form.

Membership Freeze Options

Monthly Unlimited Recurring Memberships:
Individuals can freeze any recurring Monthly Wildflowers Membership
for up to two months per year.

Annual Unlimited Recurring Memberships:
Annual memberships can be frozen for up to two months per year.

Extended Freeze Policy:
If you need to freeze your membership for longer than the allowed period of two months,
please contact the admin team at info@wildflowersyoga.com
after you fill out our Membership Change Form.

Membership Cancellation Details

All customers can successfully submit cancellation requests
30 days prior to their next scheduled billing date.

Example 1 - Month-to-month Memberships:
If you are billed on the 15th of each month and wish to cancel August 15th,
you must submit the form by July 15th
(at least 30 days before the membership renewal date). 

Example 2 - Annual Memberships:
If you are billed on the 1st of January each year and you wish to
cancel your Annual Membership before it renews, you must
submit the form by December 1st
(at least 30 days before the membership renewal date). 

Membership Freeze Details

We only freeze from billing date to billing date.
For example, if your billing date is the 15th of the month,
then you can freeze your membership from January 15th to March 14th
for a 2 month freeze, and your membership dues will begin again on March 15th.
During the duration of your freeze,
you will not be charged for your membership,
and upon your membership being unfrozen,
your membership dues will begin again.

Cancellations During a Freeze

Membership cancellations are not permitted during a freeze period.
Our membership cancellation policy states that we require a 30 day notice
to cancel your membership, which will require one more payment in order to cancel your membership.
If your membership is frozen and you realize you need to cancel your membership,
you will need to fill out our membership change form again,
this time as a cancellation.
