Waitlist Policy

PLEASE FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR
Waitlist TERMS BELOW:

At Wildflowers, we strive to accommodate as many clients as possible, ensuring fair and timely access to our classes.
Our waitlist policy is designed to provide an organized and efficient process for class access.

Joining the Waitlist:

To join the waitlist for a full class, simply sign up for class as you normally would. The system will ask you if you wish to join the waitlist.
If yes, then agree and familiarize yourself with the process for joining class below:

Double Opt-In Process:

When a spot opens up, and you are the first wait-lister in line, you will receive a text message and email asking if you still want the spot.
If you respond with "Yes" within 10 minutes of receiving the message, the spot is yours.
If you respond with "No" or do not respond within 10 minutes of receiving the message, the next wait-lister in line will be asked.
This process repeats until someone accepts the spot.

Notification Timing:
We guarantee that you will receive notification at least 30 minutes before the class start time.
If you are unable to arrive at the studio within 30 minutes of receiving the notification, please refrain from adding yourself to the waitlist.
This ensures that the spot can be offered to another client who is able to attend on short notice.

Class Pass and Payment:
To sign up for classes at Wildflowers, you must have a card on file with us.
If you have a pass on file with us, it will automatically be applied as payment for the class upon acceptance.
If you do not have a class pass, you will not be auto-charged (drop-in rate) when you are added to the class.
Instead, when you arrive at the studio, you will select which pass you'd like to purchase from our front desk attendant.

Late Policy:
If there is a waitlist for a class, students on the waitlist may show up before the start of class to get a spot in class.
If there is a spot available at class start time, the first person on the waitlist to arrive at the studio may have that spot.
If there is more than one spot available at class start time, the next student on the waitlist in person will be permitted to join class
If you are late for class, you are not guaranteed a spot in the class.
